Madhavaram has been steadily changing from a traditional North Chennai residential area into a much better-connected part of the city. Inside the clubhouse are a gym, squash court, aerobics/Zumba area, table tennis, pool table, foosball, air hockey, video games, and board games. There are even provisions for a grocery store, café, laundry, ATM, and kindergarten learning area.

The location is another strong point. Velammal New Gen School is just 200 meters away, St. Ann’s School is around 400 meters, and Bosco Academy is about 800 meters. KM Multi-specialty Hospital is around 300 meters, St. Antony’s Hospital is 500 meters, and Murari Hospital is around 800 meters.

Connectivity is becoming an important part of the Madhavaram story too. The project lists the proposed metro station around 850 meters away and Madhavaram New Bus Stand around 850 meters, while Madhavaram Mofussil Bus Terminus is approximately 4 km and Perambur Railway Station around 5 km.

Pricing: Current Radiance pricing starts at approximately ₹60–67 lakh for the compact 2 BHK, ₹93 lakh–₹1.02 crore for the regular 2 BHK, ₹1.23–₹1.34 crore for the 3 BHK, ₹1.42–₹1.56 crore for the larger 3 BHK, and around ₹1.86 crore for the 4 BHK. The listed rate is ₹7,999 per sq.ft.
