Prestige Pallavaram Gardens is a large residential community located on the 200-ft Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road in South Chennai. The project is spread across about 21.84 acres and offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, making it suitable for different family sizes.

One of the main features of the project is its scale. With around 2,069 homes and a large landscaped development, the project is planned as a community rather than just a collection of apartment towers.
