The project itself has only 49 apartments, but it sits within a 30-acre integrated community. So you get the feeling of a relatively small residential building while being part of a much larger planned environment.

The location is Ayapakkam, and the surrounding infrastructure is already useful. Velammal Vidyalaya is around 2 km away, MMC Hospital about 3.5 km, and Ambattur Industrial Estate approximately 5 km. TCS and HCL are both listed around 5.5 km away.

For shopping and entertainment, VR Chennai Mall is around 9.5 km away, while Decathlon and other everyday conveniences are closer.
